Week 2 #4

I've registered my blog and am looking forward to hearing from many of you.

The 7.5 Habits Exercise 3

The easiest habit for me is number 4. I have confidence in myself as a competent, effective learner. Of course, like most people, it is easier for me to learn some things than it is to learn others. Another strength that I think I've more fully developed during the past year is the ability to teach and mentor others. I am so glad that I decided to participate in the City's mentoring pilot last year. It was a very rewarding experience for me and I am looking forward to begining the Alumni program with a new mentee. I encourage other Library staff members to participate as well.

The hardest habits for me are to use technology to my advantage and to play. That's why I've really been looking forward to this opportunity for myself and encouraging all of AB's staff members to participate. I'm looking forward to visiting with all of you online!
